There is no automatic payment renewal for ONE year subscription terms, renewal must be completed manually. Your subscription will automatically continue until the end of the subscription term. Submission of any registration form (i.e. credit card billing form), authorizes SafePicks.com to charge the credit card specified in your registration form for applicable subscription fees. Such charges will be made on a ONE-TIME BASIS ONLY, coinciding with the subscription price/period of the SafePicks.com service plan you selected. New pricing terms will become effective after SafePicks.com posts such changes in its Website. Changes to terms and conditions not related to pricing will become effective five (5) days after such notification. Subscribing to the SafePicks.com service deems you to have accepted and such changes. At any time after activation of a service, SafePicks.com may cancel that Service (or SafePicks.com may discontinue the Service completely) by providing written notice to its users, in which case the service will terminate on the date specified in the cancellation notice. If no date is specified, the Service will terminate at the end of the then-current subscription period (for paid services). SafePicks.com also reserves the right to cancel any individual service immediately and without notice in the event that you breach any provision of these Terms of Subscription, Legal Statement, or Subscription Agreement or any other terms that apply to our service.
